Important Race Information

The FRA 'Requirements for Runners' document is now on the 'Event' page of our website. We ask that all competitors read this document before they race so that they know all the important information set out by the FRA regarding the event. Please note that with the current weather forecast it is looking likely that the race director will insist on runners carrying the 'FRA Mandatory Minimum Kit', so please be prepared for this.

Also on the same page is the FRA Hypothermia leaflet. Please take the time to read this leaflet, in order to be prepared to prevent the threat of hypothermia. If you would like any more information with regards to either of these documents then please do not hesitate to contact us.
